Stress is the silent killer! On Wednesday, August 22, you're invited to come hear Dr. Heidi speak and share insight that can not only help you minimize stress, but also, maximize your longevity. Techniques will be taught to lower blood pressure, fight insomnia, and limit fatigue. 

While heart attacks kill more Americans every year than any other cause, stress is the number one trigger to the number one disease. This evening discussion is completely complimentary, and pre-registration is requested so that an appropriate amount of complimentary dinner can be provided.
